Terms & Conditions
- The promoter GreenEzy Pty Ltd ABN 66626179931
- Entry is only open to Victorian residents.
- Entrants must be eligible for the VIC Solar PV Rebate
- All STC’s and Rebate will be assigned to GreenEzy
- Entrants must not have an existing solar PV system
- Entrants must be homeowner’s and over the age of 18
- By entering this competition, you agree to an obligation-free, solar assessment on your home
- If the entrant purchases and installs solar from GreenEzy and later wins the competition for that month, they will then be reimbursed for their system up to 6.6kW.
- Prize is valid for a single storey, tile or tin roof only and solar installation only. This does not include any meter board works that may be required to fit the system – this will be undertaken at the winner’s expense.
- The participant’s roof has to be suitable to fit 20 solar panels 330 watts panels
- Any entry submitted which does not satisfy the eligibility conditions detailed in these terms and conditions will not be valid.
- The competition will run for three months, October, November and December
- To enter the competition, eligible entrants must request a quote before the end of each month
- Only one entry is permitted per household. Any form of automated entry using any other devices or software is invalid.
- Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter.
- The Promoter is not responsible for failure to receive any entry for any cause beyond its control.
- The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and may disqualify any entrant.
- The winner will be selected by GreenEzy staff members from a ballot box of quote numbers
- The draw will take place at GreenEzy office in Point Cook the second monday of following month
- The winner will be notified via phone call. The winner will forfeit the Prize if the winner does not respond within 24 business hours confirming they have won.
- The winner will also have their name publicly announced on GreenEzy Website as well as the GreenEzy social media channels and across other media channels where it will remain for a minimum of 30 days.
- Entrants agree to the use of their image and name for publicity regarding the Promotion and acknowledge that it is a condition of taking the Prize that all persons taking the Prize agree to publicity regarding the Promotion including the use of their names and images without additional compensation, on the website, social media channels and other media channels referred to in section 15 above.
- Furthermore, by participating in this Promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees that the Promoter may collect that entrant’s personal information to provide that entrant with marketing materials and updates on the activities of the Promoter, its related companies and affiliated companies by mail, telephone and electronic messages.
- The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss or damage, or personal injury suffered during the course of accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- All entries become the property of the Promoter. By submitting an entry, participants irrevocably assign any intellectual property rights they may have in the content of their entry and consent to waive any moral rights the participant may have in their entry.
- All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Prizes will only be delivered in Victoria and winners should allow at least 28 days from Prize draw to be contacted about the delivery and installation of their prize.
- Subject to the approval required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, if any Prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure it in Australia, the Promoter may substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
- If the Promotion is not able to be run as planned, whether caused by computer virus, line drop-out or congestion, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
